What we collect. When you email us we keep the email and use it to reply and, if you have sent a story or a booking, to deal with it. When you sign up to a title's newsletter we keep your email address to send that newsletter, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link. Our websites use analytics to count visits; this data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Business contact. We may write to businesses at their published business addresses about advertising in the titles covering their area. Every such email says who it is from and how to opt out, and one reply ends it.
Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it, by emailing hello@gobmediagroup.co.uk. We do not sell personal data.
Journalism. Material held for the purposes of journalism is processed under the journalism exemption in UK data protection law.
